Well That's Different

You may have noticed that I changed my background.

I have had the same background for over a year now and I really felt it was time for a change. That being said, I sort of miss the old one. It had my *favorite* symbol - the Fleur de Lis - and it matched my header perfectly.

I'm in the process of having someone do a custom design for me, but it's going to be a few months until that's completed and, for reasons I don't quite understand, I have been craving a white background on which to type; and when I say *craving,* that's exactly what I mean. I have been contemplating this change like a pregnant woman would contemplate a gigantic cupcake. Do you take the cupcake when there's a perfectly good vegetable platter in the fridge? Or do you scarf that sucker down and wait until later to think of the excess cellulite you just gained? My old blog background served me very well, for over a year. I just needed a change, that's all.

I'm still not sure how I feel about this one. I'll probably keep looking.

What do you think? Any suggestions?
